How can we help?

Open Elyra, go to Me → Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom. You'll confirm twice. This permanently deletes your account, birth details, chart, readings and saved readings, and it can't be undone.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel Elyra Premium, because Apple bills it. Cancel first in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or tap Manage subscription in Me → Settings.

Can't open the app? Email support@elyraastrology.com from the address you signed in with and we'll delete your account for you.

Go to Me → Settings → Birth data and tap Date, Time or Place. Elyra redraws your chart right away, and your readings follow the new chart from the next day.

Tap "I don't know my birth time" during setup and Elyra uses 12:00 noon. Your planet signs and most aspects will still hold. Your Rising sign and houses depend on the exact time, so treat them as approximate, and your Moon sign can occasionally differ too. If you find your time later, add it in Me → Settings → Birth data → Time.

With Apple, Google, or your email and a password. If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the email log-in screen and we'll send you a reset link.

Go to Me → Settings and tap Log out at the bottom. On the welcome screen, tap Log in and sign in to the other account with the method you used for it: Apple, Google or email.

Elyra Premium adds a daily reading written for your whole chart, the full insight and timeline for every transit, and saved readings.

The monthly Elyra Premium plan starts with a 3-day free trial. The weekly plan has no trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it renews automatically and Apple charges the monthly price. Apple generally allows one free trial per Apple ID, and you'll see the price before you confirm.

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Elyra and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from Me → Settings → Manage subscription. Premium stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Make sure you're signed in to the Elyra account you subscribed with, then go to Me → Settings and tap Restore purchases. If Premium still doesn't show, email us your sign-in email and a screenshot of your Apple receipt.

Payments go through Apple, so we can't issue refunds ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com: sign in with your Apple ID, choose Request a refund and select your Elyra purchase. Apple reviews each request under its own policies.

Go to Me → Settings → Daily reminder and switch "Remind me every day" on or off. Tap Time to choose when it arrives. If the switch won't turn on, allow notifications for Elyra in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Elyra.

Elyra runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 16.4 or later and needs an internet connection. It's available in English only for now.

Elyra works out planet positions from precise astronomical data and uses the tropical zodiac, the one Western astrology uses. Houses use Placidus, the most popular house system. More in About Elyra.

An AI model writes them. Your daily horoscope starts from today's sky, and the Premium reading also uses your chart and current transits. The model never sees your email, your account or the birth details you entered.
